IPMX-400 offers a cost-effective, compact, and highly integrated solution by using TDMoIP technology to transport TDM (E1/T1) signals transparently over the Ethernet or IP network. Each of the tributary E1/T1 signal is encapsulated into configurable sized Ethernet frames or IP packets for transmission over the fast Ethernet port.


Typical users include transportation, utility companies, government, universities, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), and carriers that extend data, voice, and video networks or backhauling cellular traffic. The cost of leased lines is a substantial recurring expense for service providers and enterprises.
